Attention: All dyed items are non-returnable.
Please allow 9 business days to process and dye your order upon
receipt, plus delivery time. Actual wear dates are needed on all orders.
Color: Please note, colors may vary slightly due to fabric and lighting
variations. It is always best to send a swatch from the dress to be
matched and advise us which side to match. All shoes will be dyed to
inside light unless otherwise specified. Most shoes dyed to outside
light will not match inside.
We will attempt to dye shoes that are not distributed by our company at
a cost of $20.00 per pair, however, we cannot be responsible if they do
not dye properly. |

We thank you for your purchase. You are a valued customer and your satisfaction is our number one priority. The following guidelines will assist with your return/exchange.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (Store credit and exchange only exceptions).
2. Discounted, clearance and/or dyeable items are NON-RETURNABLE.
3. Only unworn and undamaged merchandise accepted on returns or exchanges.
4. All returns and exchanges have a 20% restocking charge and must be sent freight-prepaid.
5. All returns must be packed in a corrugated box and returned within 15 days. A representative of Simply Celette's Accessories must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise in order to process return. |
